DELIVERY

An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address. Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Deliveries within Australia

We use the Australia Post E-Parcel service for all deliveries within Australia at a standard flat delivery charge of $15.00 (unless stated differently in the product description) per delivery address.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery.

International Deliveries

We welcome overseas orders and are happy to ship around the globe. Customer Service will contact you with a quote for delivery charges. Overseas deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes which remain the responsibility of the customer. White Home will not be liable for any duties, taxes or customs charged placed on the goods at the point of import.
