ORDERS

White Home online is dedicated to your total satisfaction. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

If you wish to order by telephone or have any queries, you can contact us from 10.00am to 5.00pm EST on +61 (02) 9387 4344.

On placing your order we will immediately send you an "acknowledgement of order" email indicating that your order and payment have been received and are being processed.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any individual or company.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGE

We do not offer refunds unless goods are damaged, so please choose carefully.

Returns are accepted for credit or exchange if made within 7 days of purchase and they must be pre-authroised by phone or email prior to returning merchandise, no exceptions.  Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. 

We do not offer exchange on any SALE items.

Bedding/Tablelinen or Clothing that has been opened, worn or washed is unable to be returned.  Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us.  Once we have received your return, we will process your credit.  If you are exchanging for different goods, new freight costs may be incurred and charged accordingly.
